Billing questions
The small print, in normal print
Retail orders are charged to your customer at checkout and the manufacturing cost is deducted before your payout. Direct orders you place yourself are charged to your card when the job enters production. Press-plan accounts are invoiced monthly on net-30 terms.
No setup fees, no per-title fees, no storage fees, no cancellation fees. The only charges are manufacturing, shipping, applicable tax, and your platform plan if you're on one. Preflight, color matching and the cover designer are included on every plan.
Earnings accrue in real time and are paid on the 15th of each month for the previous month, once you pass a $20 threshold. We pay by bank transfer or PayPal in 34 currencies, and we absorb the conversion spread rather than passing it on.
Any time, from the dashboard, without talking to anybody. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period and your titles stay live on the Starter plan. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Yes. We register and remit in the jurisdictions where we print, and offer delivered-duty-paid shipping in 41 countries so your customer never receives a surprise bill at the door. Commercial invoices and HS codes are generated automatically.
